Legacy Studio gives end-of-life doulas their time back. Upload a session recording. Your tools handle the transcript, the outline, the notes, and the follow-ups. When you're ready, Legacy Studio helps you draft letters and memoirs in your client's voice.
You stay present with your client. Everything else is handled.
By invitation only. Currently working with a small group of practitioners.
The transcript, the notes, the follow-ups, the legacy writing. You do all of it because you care about the people you work with. Legacy Studio lets you keep caring without losing your evenings.
Relistening, transcribing, writing up notes, sending follow-ups. The post-session work piles up and pulls you away from the people who need you.
When every project takes this much hands-on time after the session, it’s hard to take on more clients without something slipping.
The legacy work matters, but making it sound like them takes longer than the interview itself. That’s more time at your desk, not with your client.
PDFs in email, USB drives, printed copies. The family deserves one place to find everything. Building that by hand takes even more of your time.
Upload your recording and Legacy Studio helps you build your session workbench: transcript, outline, action items, practice notes, and the moments worth keeping. What used to take an evening takes minutes. The rest of your day belongs to the people you serve.
Simulated session data. Based on real practitioner workflows.
Same interviews. Same presence. The hours of work that used to follow every session are handled, so you can be there for the next client or spend more time with this one.
Use Voice Memos or any recorder. Be present. The session is yours.
Upload from your phone. AI transcribes and identifies each speaker. Confirm which voice is your client.
Outline, action items, practice notes. Ten minutes instead of an evening.
Voice-matched letters, memoir chapters, milestone letters. Drafted from the transcript, reviewed by you.
PDF, family portal, or scheduled milestone delivery. The family gets something lasting.
You know your client. You know how they talk, what matters to them, what they'd want their family to hear. The AI learns that too. After three sessions, the drafts sound like them.
MARGARET, 00:13:02
Oh, the pearl necklace. My mother gave it to me on my wedding day. 1972. She wore it at her own wedding in 1944. She told me it was the only thing she carried from Poland. [pause]I suppose that's why it always felt like more than jewelry to me.
Sarah,
I've been thinking about that necklace. Your grandmother gave it to me in 1972, on my wedding day. She'd worn it at her own wedding in 1944. It was the only thing she'd carried from Poland, and I suppose that's why it always felt like more than jewelry to me.
I rather think you should wear it on days that matter to you, too.
Every fact comes from the transcript. Every phrase sounds like Margaret.
“The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time.”— Mark Twain

Print-readyYou got into this work to sit with people, not to spend your evenings on session notes, follow-ups, and legacy drafts. Legacy Studio handles the whole post-session workflow so you can be more present with the clients you have and take on the ones you couldn't before.
Your clients share the most intimate details of their lives with you. We built Legacy Studio knowing that every recording, every transcript, and every letter is irreplaceable and deeply personal.
We never use recordings, transcripts, or deliverables for marketing, advertising, or AI training. Your content belongs to you and your clients. Period.
Every practitioner’s data is separated at the database level. Not just in the application — in the database itself. One practitioner cannot see another’s clients, sessions, or deliverables, even if our application code had a bug.
Our AI providers (Anthropic and AssemblyAI) process your data in real time and do not store it after processing. Your client’s words are not used to train anyone’s AI models.
The AI drafts. You review. Nothing reaches a family member without your explicit approval. It’s a tool in your hands, not an autonomous agent.
Document consent for recording, AI processing, and sharing — with a timestamped record of what was agreed and when. Required for institutional customers, good practice for everyone.
Family portals use random, unguessable URLs with optional password protection. Per-recipient access controls let you share specific letters with specific people.
